Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://mcug.cloud (the "Website") and your participation in the activities of the Multi Cloud User Group (MCUG) ("MCUG", "we", "us" or "our"), including membership, in-person events, webinars, the Member Zone and volunteer programmes (together, the "Services"). By accessing the Website, registering an account or attending an MCUG event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About MCUG

MCUG is a community-driven, volunteer-led user group for professionals working across multi-cloud environments. MCUG is an independent community and is not owned, operated or endorsed by any cloud provider. Names and logos of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Snowflake and other providers are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the technologies our community discusses.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
  • One account is permitted per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

4. Events and Webinars

To help us resolve your query quickly, please include:
