REFUND POLICY

MCUG membership fees and event registration fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances, subject to approval by the MCUG management team.

If an event is cancelled by MCUG, participants will be informed regarding the applicable refund or rescheduling process.

RETURN POLICY

As MCUG provides memberships, event registrations, and digital services, physical product returns are not applicable.

Memberships and event registrations cannot be transferred or exchanged unless approved by the MCUG management team.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Members and participants may request cancellation of their membership or event registration by contacting the MCUG team.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the applicable membership or event terms and conditions.

SHIPPING POLICY

MCUG provides digital memberships, event registrations, and online services. Therefore, physical shipping is generally not applicable.

For events involving physical materials or merchandise, delivery details and applicable charges will be communicated separately.
